SUMMARY
The Ethical Leadership program at Wellbeing Wisdom utilizes the Anchor Relationships™ framework, which elevates the salience of a leader’s values and establishes an accountability mechanism for upholding values across the lifespan.

An Anchor Relationship is a connection that inherently makes you both better people. These special people reinforce your best qualities and counterbalance external pressures to conform. Leaders learn to recognize their true Anchors - the people who reflect and reinforce their highest values - and then deliberately spend more time with these positive influences while reducing the impact of non-supportive relationships.

Through understanding how relationships shape our choices, confidence, and wellbeing, leaders learn to draw strength from meaningful connections while becoming a source of strength for others.

CORE COMPONENTS
The program begins with examining how other people influence our choices and well-being. Next, we study real examples of how leaders have relied on key relationships to handle challenging situations. Then, participants identify their own Anchor Relationships - the people who bring out their best qualities and reinforce their values. Finally, each person creates a practical plan for strengthening these important relationships, learning to use the power of trusted connections rather than relying on willpower alone to achieve goals and maintain ethical standards.
